DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently only ship within Singapore. For international orders, contact us directly.

We expect webstore international shipping options to be available soon (Q2 2021)

CAN I CHOOSE A SPECIFIC TIME FOR MY DELIVERY?

We currently provide the following shipping options within Singapore:

STANDARD DELIVERY (TUES-SAT) – DELIVERED ANYTIME BETWEEN 9AM – 5PM
STANDARD DELIVERY (MON) – DELIVERED ANYTIME BETWEEN 1PM – 5PM

It is not possible to specify an exact delivery time within these time slots. You may contact us to schedule a delivery time.  We will do our best to fulfill your delivery according to your scheduled time. 

DO YOU DELIVER ON MONDAY?

We currently offer same day delivery on Monday in Singapore only. Orders need to be placed by 12pm on a Monday. If you plan to have your product delivered on a Monday, we suggest having your order placed on the weekend.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?

It is possible to change your delivery address and delivery date up to one working day prior to your original date by contacting us by email or telephone. Any changes requested after this deadline cannot be accommodated.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE DELIVERY?

It is possible to cancel your order by emailing us at marintech@pacific.net.sg. A written confirmation of cancellation must be received at least two working days prior to the date of delivery. Due to the nature of our business, we cannot offer refunds or credits for cancellations after this time.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED?

You can keep an eye on your delivery by tracking your order in your order history.

WHAT DO I DO IF PART OF MY ORDER IS MISSING OR I RECEIVE DAMAGED GOODS?

We kindly ask that you inspect your package as soon as it is delivered. If there are any faults or missing items, you must inform us by email using the contact details on our website. If you do not let us know by email within 3 hours of delivery, we reserve the right not to refund or replace your purchase.
